Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Reservations

• Reservations booked under a non-refundable rate are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the cancellation date.

Early Departure

• No refunds will be provided for unused nights due to early departure.

Reservation Modifications

• Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
• Changes made close to the arrival date may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

Force Majeure

• In exceptional circumstances beyond the guest's control (such as government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.
